Waves of warmed cassis, mocha, and warm tar aromas lead the way, while the core of macerated plum, blackberry, and blueberry fruit waits its turn, showing admirable breadth and depth when it arrives, with roasted apple wood, bramble, and cast iron buried deeply through the finish. We have changed the hours of the tasting. The new time will be 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM. The early reservation fee is $10.00 per person through September 27, after that the fee will be $20 per person.
